The North American Development Bank (NADB) has signed a loan agreement for up to $138.5 million pesos (approximately US$9.4 million) with Concesionaria y Operadora del Puente Internacional Cucapá, S.A. de C.V. (Cucapá) to build a second international crossing between the port of San Luis Rio Colorado, in Sonora, Mexico, and San Luis, Arizona.
